New fact sheets for primary school educators
The Parramatta Light Rail team has released two new fact sheets that can be used as an educational resource for primary school educators and students.
The ‘What is light rail?’ fact sheet explains how light rail works and the benefits to the community. It also includes a map showing the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 1 route, which includes 16 stops along a 12-kilometre alignment from Westmead to Carlingford via Parramatta CBD and Camellia.
The ‘Grey-headed flying foxes’ fact sheet explains the importance and prevalence of the native grey-headed flying fox in the Parramatta community. It also highlights what the team are doing to monitor and protect the local habits of this vulnerable species.
